Psychoeducation- Learn more about mental illness and treatment options.

Screenings- Taking a mental health screening is one of the quickest and easiest ways to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition. Mental health conditions, such as depression or anxiety, are real, common, and treatable and recovery is possible. (MHA)

Safe Places- Safe Place is a national youth outreach and prevention program for young people under the age of 18 (up to 21 years of age in some communities) in need of immediate help and safety. Click the link to find a Safe Place near you, as well as learn learn how to use their TXT 4 HELP resource, where you will receive a message with the closest Safe Place site and phone number for the local youth agency. You will also have the option to text interactively with a professional for more help. It’s quick, easy, safe and confidential.
